A correct and efficient system solution requires detailed product and application knowledge, and therefore adequate communication between Nova Swiss and our customers. This is the only way to fully understand, agree and optimise the application details (pressure, ambient class, temperature), the process cycle, the expected service life and much more.
Minimise failures of high-pressure components
Pressure-generating systems – diaphragm compressors, gas dosing systems – are used in both manufacturing and R&D processes. Particular attention must be paid to high-pressure components such as needle or solenoid valves. In hydrogen (H2) applications, for example, damage caused by material embrittlement must be eliminated.
Nova Swiss has developed a high level of competence over many decades and carried out its own intensive material tests. As a result, it has been possible to maximise the service life of the product. We are the market leaders in this field.

All Nova Swiss high-pressure systems are designed for the future:
integration of the latest PLC/HMI technology, including data acquisition (pressure, temperature, flow), means our systems are ready for industry 4.0. Inputting process data and other settings, such as target pressure, time of pressure generation ramps with intermediate evaluation time, with simultaneous real-time feedback of process data, pressure, flow, temperature and automatic warning and notification messages helps to minimise production downtimes and increase productivity. The systems can be equipped with state-of-the-art remote access to increase availability.
