We will train you in this with full pay. 

What you will do

Step by step, you will be introduced to coating using atmospheric plasma spraying, high velocity oxy-fuel spraying (HVOF) and arc spraying. The programming of handling equipment (multi-axis KUKA robots) is just as much a part of this as the pre- and post-processing of customer products, reading work plans / technical drawings and the recording of quality-relevant data in accordance with the work plan and test instructions. Training takes place on the job for approx. 2 years and at external courses.

What you need to bring

  • Completed basic training as a production mechanic, metalworker or similar
  • Several years of experience on multi-axis machines (KUKA robots or similar)
  • Measuring with the aid of micrometers, callipers
  • Reading technical drawings
  • Experience with machining processes (turning, milling, grinding) an advantage
  • Experience with blasting (e.g. sandblasting, corundum)
  • Very good written and spoken German
