Needle Valves
Efficiency and Durability Combined
Designed for reliability, this manual needle valve features a robust two-piece non-rotating stem, bi-directional flow and a vibration-resistant needle seal set with internal thread preload, eliminating the need for an external locking device. Vent holes on two sides further simplify leak testing.
A quick-opening version also achieves full opening in just 1-3/4 turns, less than half the turns required by conventional valves. Its innovative design lifts the stem from the valve seat at least twice as fast, reducing throttling and extending seat life.
